naruto: clash of ninja (series)
there's no thread yet, so here goes. I personally think it's one of the best fighting games ever made, right up there with dead or alive, tekken, soul calibur, and super smash brothers. even if you don't like the anime (which is a hard enough thing to accomplish on it's own, since the anime is also quite awesome) the game is still worth playing, and incredibly fun. i created this thread as a general place for talking about techniques, favorite characters, and ideas to use, play and experience in the game. my faorite characters are kakashi and gaara, but most recently gai sensei (his super is so...fun to use). recently, me and a few friends (including people from this forum) played the game with infinte chakra, and it was very useful in teaching us how best to use supers (how to get one to connect to an enemy, and how to dodge one being aimed at you), and i learned a lot. with gai sensei, i liked to sucker my oponent into using his super, and then jump over it and make him waste it, then come at him with my own while he's still incapacitated. it both looks cool and shames my oponent. :P also, gai sensei's move list allows the user to cover a lot of ground in a short amount of time, and he does it with style. what do you guys think? who's your favorite character, and why? tell us the moves you like to use to defeat your oponents, sowe can all learn a little.

Not to mention the cheesiest super ever, "You're such a great person." Bear hug! "Oh god my spine. I'm for Kiba he has one of the more impresive super despite the fact it does little damage compared to most.

true, though he's not my style. what about his move-set? anything in particular that manages to get you out of a tough spot, surprise the enemy, etc.?

I love kakashi's special. It does so much damage. And for those of you who haven't figured it out yet, you hold the super button and it almost causes 1 hit kill. The funny thing is that when you hold it the compueters don't bother moving even though they have a chance to save their @$$.

I love his counter, especially how it hits the person your targeeting and not neccesarily the person that hit you.

i know, i tink it's hilarious. ppl are always like "what the hell!?" when kakashi just appears behind them and says "1000 years of pain!" lol.

Don't know how Clash of Ninja's does it but, it has that effect on people.

I like using people I can pull off all those fancy combos with, like the kind that end with supers. lol I know you guys all hate Naruto, Sasuke, Neji, and Haku.

...i'll stick with 100 years of pain. :P

I know someone that think Tekken is 10X as good as Clash. I almost had a hearta ttack when I heard that. Tekken is my most harted fighting game (virtua fighter has 2ND) and Clahs of Ninja is my favourite fighting game(SSBM 2ND even though it's not quite a real fighting game)
