new resi 5 trailer.
heres an in depth look at the newest re5 footage. here it is: http://www.gametrailers.com/game/2036.html the graphics actually look better then they did two years ago, which is not usually the case (the graphics would be set from the start and stay that way when the game is released) so that is pretty sweet. the trailer was all in game, and Chris (we all know the man has to be Chris, who else could it be?) looks to be the best looking thing graphically so far, the surroundings taking second place being very atmospheric, and the enemies taking third (they are freaking ugly/ fugly, but that is probably on purpose, (they are zombies/ganados/zombie-nados/what ever the fuck they're called) coupled with the fact that the camera went right up to their faces. :shock: ) the game seems to be set in Africa, and the surroundings are quite destitute. reminds me of the hills have eyes (that movie was freaky enough) the animation is much better then re4, and the lighting is just spectacular. (re4 had about 500 different shades of gray in it. not nearly as gorgeous as this game is turning out.) all in all, i'm a happy camper after having seen this new footage. capcom is making gamers the world over proud. :P

It's great how their reusing the re4 shotting scheme.

yeah i'm loving it too. it's actually starting to look better - not juat the graphics which obviously defeat 4 in every way, but also in gameplay - it looks as though you can punch a guy after shaking him off you, for instance.

But from the trailer, it looks like its gonna be harder than re4. It looks like you get swarmed by those african-ganado-zombie-people at the beggining.... I wish it would come out for Wii. Then I would have re4 Wii edition (got it the day before yesterday) and umbrella chronicles (want to pre-order it) and re5.
