the bad:
-long loading times for many of the games
-not enough japanese games (ok, this didn't really affect my review, but i don't know what i'd do without capcom and konami)
-online requires a fee. not cool.
-backwards compatability with xbox 1 games is not very good.
-it's made by microsoft.
the good:
-a lot of great games to play (which is the most important thing, right?)
-online service is the best out of all the consoles.
-purtty graphics.

the bad:
-it's too expensive.
-they spent millions on bluray, a format nobody needs. needlessly jacks up the cost for the console even further.
-backwards compatability with ps2 games sux.
-online features sux.
-it's too expensive.
-the console is not developer friendly, games will take longer to make.
-not enough good games.
the really bad:
it's too damn expensive. sony, i wanted to give you my money, but you are making it too hard for me.
the good:
-"I like the L and R buttons"- anonymous. :lol:
-purtty graphics.

the bad:
-stupid name.
-the placement for the gc (gamecube) controllers was...not well thought out.
-memory ofr gc games shouldnt require a gc memory card, should be able to save on the wii.
-the list of good games is too small, but at least respectable for a console so new.
-the aiming reticle is not lined up with the controller, but rather, you aim by following the reticle on-screen, and not, shall we say, like one of those arcade guns.
the good:
-amazing, revoltionary controller. redefines how one can enjoy playing video games. even without purrtty graphics this truly is next gen.
-perfect backwards compatability; all gamecube games work on the wii.
-very good online service, and free.
-you can actually lose weight while playing video games now!? holy crap!
