Alright, well every sport and or event can be won be defult if Light used the death note. But I would think L would win, just because I could see him being crazy flexable.

SPOILER ALERT. READ ONLY IF YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS AT AROUND EPISODE 27/ BOOK 11 (I THINK) OF THE MANGA DEATHNOTE:
Light vs. L. L vs light. if i have to say it literally, light wins because he kills L. but, light is still not out of the deep end yet. even though L said that light would be his successor as the new should he die, it seems he may have been lying all along. an orphanage that watari created is apperently dedicated to finding someone gifted enough to become L's successor.
however, its ounknown weather L was lying when he said he wanted light to be the new L instead of someone from the orphanage, like Near (N), or if he really thought light would be better as L then near. or, maybe it was both. thats actually probably it. this way, wether light is kira or not, near will investigate him and try to find out the truth. sort of like insurance, or a trump card of L's, against light. but if light was being honest about not being kira (and he wasnt, obviously XD) then light really would be the new successor, pass near's investiagtion and be the main good guy.
anyhoo, as to wether L wins or kira wins, technically light won, but is still fighting against L and his legacy, Near. L is the one that set up it all, the plan to let them know at the end of episode 26 that he is dead, his legacy, everything. so, now its light vs near. and mello (you should know who he is if yur reading this. if not, y the hell are you reading this, you crazy man?! SPOILERS!)) who wins that? dont ask me, that episode's not out yet, and i havent read that far in the manga! >_<
