ssx blur for the wii just got reviewed.
7.4 out of ten. just above average. i'll probably get it anyways, as snowboarding...i just love snowboarding. :P gamespot says: SSX Blur has its moments, both joyful and frustrating, but it winds up being a solid entry in the SSX series. The Good: Cartoon-character look fits the game; learning curve is mostly spot-on; basic controls are excellent; great music. I rented it. It cool. Good sense of speed for ski's once you go fast. But slalom events are totally hell and i hate doing most of the uber-tricks.

are ubertricks really that hard? dang. its an important part of the game, if you want to win...

I took a look at this game, and...meh. The only thing I think that would make this game fun that I can't tell from the back of the case is speed. If you feel like your sliding down a hill at 60 then maybe.

Only some of the uber tricks are easy, the rest are so frickin' un-responsive. You make the shape perfectly and nothing happens.

i've heard, just now on gamespot that the game is too under-apreciated and that its actually a pretty good game, given enough time with. in fact, a lot of people are saying this! i think i just may rent it, and see for myself. if i like, i'll get it. :o
