What did L say about the notebook this ep, the one just after the drug addict trys to take over the bus? And how did he know the fbi directiors face and name in order to make him send the files out?

I believe you're taking about Ray Pinbar right. He knew the face and name of all those people and since he was writing it he killed them all. I'm not sure what you meant about what L said about the book. CAuse he says a lot over the course of the series.

Yep thats the part I'm asking about. What did Light say about the notebook, something about the drug addict death, that he could write something after he writes the death note and something happens? How did he get the fbi directiors to send the files out?

He realized that he could right the circumstances (mailing out info in this case) for death BEFORE actually writing the name of the person who will day that way. So when ray was writing all the names down he was filling in the blanks left by Light. Light couldn't right the names himself because he may not have known who the directors were and/or hadn't seen there faces.

Ok so he wrote that the fbi director should send the file before that crack junkie died. Now the ep makes sense.
