What makes a good Leader
The Paintball positions argument brought up a question. What do you guys think makes a good leader in Paintball?

Someone who gets the job done I guess.

keeps a level head when under fire, and knows what to do in situations. and has good aim.

Brannen can't aim, its not possible with his gun. I'll go out on a limb here and say not getting your teamates killed.

Just because I have noy sites etc on my gun dosen't mean I can aim with it. I still hit more people then you.

Oh no I ment that you can't aim in the traditional sense, and why do you have to make every comment a word war with me. Plus shooting a guy from 4-5 feet away from you shouldn't be worth bragging about. Now taking out two guys in second story windows from the ground level, half a field away might be.

Your right but getting within 4-5 feet of the enemy and not getting hit is worth bragging about.

his gun was jammed, he didn't see you, he sucks at aiming, he wanted to talk? lol.

No no no. We were talking about seperate stories.

I think it's someone who is ready to play. Take it as seriously as you want it's still just paintball. The leader should be the one people have fun following etc.

I think that was off topic. How about someone who would do anything for the team.

Someone the team would follow

Yeah having the confidence of his team.

Someone who doesn't leave all the work to his team and someone who doesn't orders his mates to do things that they are most likely to get shot whilst doing it.
